Pregnancy yoga classes

Whether you are a newbee to yoga or have a regular yoga practice these classes are designed to support you throughout pregnancy and help prepare you for labour, birth and what comes after. 

Pregnancy is a time of change and yoga helps you to adjust to these changes and connect with your baby.  

Each class will consist of pranayama (breathing) Asana (gentle stretching flow into some stronger poses) and relaxation. 

Each 6-8 week course will include pelvic floor work, practicing the breath for labour, as well as deep nourishing yoga relaxations. 

Free classes for anyone over 40 weeks.
