Reiki is an ancient wellness practice originating from Japan. It works on the principles that there is a life form energy which flows through all of us and can be channeled and directed to improve well being. 

Reiki treatments can help with healing the physical body, emotions and the mind. Many come to reiki at times of stress or grief to recharge and feel better. Others come as for regular self care or just to relax.
