Gentle yoga classes to help connect with your baby, take some time out and prepare for birth and beyond.
This fun yoga class helps to bond with baby, encourages baby's development and allows new mums to gently tone the core and pelvic floor in a supportive friendly environment.
Thursdays at 11am, recordings may be available
Gentle slow movement, great for the nervous system, perfect class for mindful yogis who want to slow down and connect more.
Thursdays at 7:30
Mindful but moderately strong yoga class, ideal for those with a bit of yoga experience or fit and want to learn more.
Guided meditation practice starting January 2021
This live online course will set you up with the skills and tools to start your own regular meditation practice
